Trying to take on every good habit at once can feel a bit overwhelming, so I like to focus on just 2 or 3 at a time.

These are the ones I've been putting my energy into lately:

Mindful Eating

It's so easy to eat while multitasking—scrolling through your phone, watching a show, or even working at your desk. Lately, I've been trying to slow down and be more intentional with meals. Eating without distractions helps with digestion and encourages healthier food choices. I'm especially focusing on this during breakfast when my mornings are the most hectic.

Daily Walks Outside

Having a dog has honestly made this habit feel effortless. Getting outside for a walk every day has become something I truly enjoy, especially as a way to start the day. I'm hoping to stick with it even when the weather changes—building that routine now makes it more likely to last.

Journaling + Meditation

Even just 5–10 minutes of quiet reflection or writing in the morning helps me feel so much more centered. It's a small thing that can really shift my whole mindset. I'm still working on being consistent, but using a structured journal has helped me stick with it more regularly.

Everyone's journey looks different, but small daily habits really do add up! What routines are you building into your days lately?
